I am still looking for the best way to execute inexpensively with an excellent customer experience.<br \/>\nHere&#8217;s what I want to offer as an initial package:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You buy a package of audio instruction, 12 lessons on marketing communications topics, which comes with transcriptions and workbook assistance like a form to help you prepare for a media interview. Your online purchase triggers either shipment of a physical package or digital files.<\/li>\n<li>One-year subscription to members-only materials including password-protected forums where you can share ideas and ask questions, members-only email newsletters and members-only conference calls with guest speakers and the chance to ask questions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Then when you renew the second year, you pay a discounted price for just the subscription portion.<br \/>\nI&#8217;m spending a chunk of this weekend researching the best technologies for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>e-commerce shopping carts that trigger product delivery (either physical or electronic) and inclusion in a membership database with automated expiration date<\/li>\n<li>duplication and shipping of audio CDs, transcripts and workbooks<\/li>\n<li>distribution of digital versions of all of that &#8212; audio files, transcripts, workbooks<\/li>\n<li>password-protected online forums, with annual access automatically granted via a purchase on the e-commerce shopping cart<\/li>\n<li>members-only conference calls<\/li>\n<li>members-only email newsletter<\/li>\n<li>customer support for the digital component &#8212; simple password resets, for example, or help if your credit card is declined<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I have looked at:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.e-junkie.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ejunkie<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kunaki.com\/home.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">, <\/a>which offers digital delivery of files with lots of variations to try to minimize piracy, newsletters, and support for sales of tangible goods<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fastspring.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fastspring<\/a>, which hosts an order page to sell and distribute your e-book or software<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kunaki.com\/home.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kunaki<\/a>, which can do inexpensive print-on-demand CDs and DVDs, but doesn&#8217;t appear to have the capability to do accompanying literature<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lulu.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LuLu<\/a>, which provides both hard-copy books and e-books, plus CDs and DVDs<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/nanacast.com\/docs\/features\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nanacast<\/a>, which provides services including membership sites and digital product delivery<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/cd-fulfillment.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">TrepStar<\/a>, which offers CDs and DVDs but not printed transcripts or workbooks<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vervante.com\/c\/affil\/index.html?nxb=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vervante<\/a>, which does CDs, DVDs, book printing and distribution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Do I need to stitch together my own solution &#8212; Nanacast for the membership subscription and delivery of digital files and Kunaki for CDs, for example?
