As an experienced HR professional having worked across several industries, including legal, medical and non-profit healthcare, Michele Iacovano has broad experience managing teams, recruitment and HR processes. With over a decade working in-house for Am Law international firms, Michele leads Maverick’s search efforts across our clients’ administrative opportunities, including talent acquisition, lateral integration, diversity & inclusion and other HR-related functions. She enjoys serving as a trusted advisor and always strives to make the best match for our client and talent partners.
She particularly enjoys helping candidates articulate their unique value proposition at interview. Michele is passionate about spending quality time with her husband and two daughters, with whom she enjoys game and movie nights.
