Participants learned how to discern the organization\u2019s capacity and ability to weather risk and uncertainty as well as pursue opportunities. NFF trainers guided participants through audited financial statements and described how to analyze an organizations true operating performance to inform strategy and decision-making. From this, nonprofit leaders can better articulate their financial position internally and to their stakeholders, as well as make more informed management decisions.
