Employee Assistance Funds

Support your employees and coworkers when they need it most.

Employee Assistance Funds at the Greater New Orleans Foundation allows organizations to provide help to their employees who may face financial hardship immediately after a natural disaster or an unforeseen personal hardship.

An Employee Assistance Fund, established by a company on behalf of its employees, relies primarily on individual donations from employees and support from the company to fund this program. Every contribution helps, and when combined with the donations of others, can provide a tax-free grant to help meet a fellow employee’s needs when they face the unexpected.
